We ship our products from Germany.
Deliveries are available within Germany, to countries of the European Union, and worldwide.
Shipping Providers
All orders are shipped via DHL or Hermes to the delivery address you provide at checkout.

Worldwide: Delivery time may take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping costs for international orders are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping carrier.

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Transport Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the shipment appears damaged from the outside, please report the issue immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us at support@haeina.de so we can review and assist with the matter.
